Kendal at Granville, a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Central Ohio, opened in April, 2005 and recently received a five-year accreditation from CARF-CCAC. Kendal at Ithaca welcomed its first residents in 1995, after pioneering the establishment of CCRCs in New York State. Situated on 103 acres with meadows, woods and streams, the community has two hundred and thirteen cottages and apartments.
