Situated in suburban Bucks County in Newtown, Pennsylvania, Chandler Hall provides a wide range of health and wellness services for the aging, including assisted living, nursing care, home health, hospice, adult day programs, geriatric assessment, and case management. Through the on-site primary care Wellness Center, Chandler Hall also provides geriatric health care to people in the wider community. The community includes specialized Alzheimer’s care, an aquatics program and features an inter–generational program in conjunction with an on–site child development program.

Friends Life Care This pioneering program offers individuals a wide variety of programs designed to support adults (40-81) who wish to remain in their own homes as well as receive the financial protection offered by traditional long term care insurance. Modeled on the concept of a continuing care retirement community, it is a total plan that provides and pays for care with the goal of helping their members live at home for as long as it is safe. This program is available to independent and healthy individuals in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester, Lehigh, Northampton, Lancaster, and Lebanon Counties in Pennsylvania as well as those in New Castle County, Delaware.

Kendal at Home, serving northeast Ohio, offers the first home based continuing care program in Ohio.
