Foulkeways at Gwynedd ®
Founded in 1967, Foulkeways was the first Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Pennsylvania and the first Quaker CCRC in the United States. Located on 106 suburban acres in historic Montgomery County, Foulkeways is home to 263 private entry, garden-style apartments and cottages, surrounded by beautiful, wooded walking trails and abundant, natural foliage. The award-winning Abington House and Gwynedd House serve the needs of the assisted living and skilled nursing populations. Foulkeways’ on-going commitment to the physical and mental well-being of all members of the community is evidenced not only by their comprehensive healthcare program, but also by the fitness center and Olympic-sized, indoor pool under the direction of a full time, certified fitness instructor.
