Kendal at Granville
Kendal at Granville, a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Central Ohio, opened in April, 2005 and recently received a five-year accreditation from CARF-CCAC. Built on 88 acres of rolling farmland with wooded hillsides and a pond, the community consists of 110 residences (apartments, cottages and villas), and a health center with assisted living and skilled nursing care. The “village” design makes Kendal at Granville an inviting place for friends to meet and gather. The community center includes an indoor pool, fitness center, library, wood working shop, art studio, and other amenities. Located one mile from the historical Village of Granville and Denison University, Kendal at Granville residents take full advantage of the rich cultural and intellectual activities the college provides.
