Consulting Assistance from FSA Peers
FSA facilitates peer-to-peer consultation in many forms, many of which are informal connections among peers. When an organization desires a more formal consultative relationship that draws upon experience and wisdom of other member organizations, the FSA Executive Director should be contacted, and, if appropriate, the Executive Director will assemble a team drawn from among FSA membership. The focus of the consultation can be near- or long-term challenges, financial difficulties, governance problems, etc. The consultation is conducted in confidentiality. Cost: The requesting organization will normally cover all out-of-pocket expenses of the consulting team. |
