Diversity
FSA encourages and supports initiatives by organizations to hire, serve, and include in governance roles people from an array of ethnic, cultural and racial backgrounds.This has taken the form of staff training, strategic collective advertising, and sharing of best practices. A major report on Diversity Initiatives in FSA Member Organizations, January 2006 is available from the FSA office. Cost: There is no typical charge for these FSA roles. |
