Insurance
Three insurance funds are available to member groups for participation: FSA Workers' Compensation Fund, Peace Church Risk Retention Group, and Resource PartnersFSA Workers' Compensation Fund This self-insurance fund is open to FSA member organizations in Pennsylvania. Participating organizations are required to participate on the Fund Board of Directors and Risk Management Committee. Cost: Calculated on basis of experience and payroll. Peace Church Risk Retention Group This self-insurance fund insures the general and professional liability risks of more than 40 Quaker, Mennonite, and Brethren long-term care providers. Participants must commit to an aggressive risk management program (including participation in two national risk management seminars a year) and to attendance at the Annual Shareholder Meeting. Cost: Determined actuarially on an annual basis. Capitalization roughly equal to the first year's full premium. Resource Partners (formerly AARM) This insurance company serves a wide array of insurance needs of the Mennonite, Brethren and (most recently) Quaker organizations. Cost: Competitive bids can be provided. |
