Leadership Development & Training
Staff: Bonalyn Mosteller, Director of Leadership Development & Training Program FSA's staff training is available to FSA members in a number of different contexts. • FSA staff leads a regular monthly series of supervision training workshops that are available to all member organizations. The sessions are on various topics, all addressed in the context of Quaker beliefs and values. The series is held at rotating FSA facilities in the Philadelphia area, and it can be replicated in other sites or in a single FSA member organization. • The staff leads occasional sessions for other staff groupings from across FSA member organizations, such as on multiculturalism and issues in aging. • FSA staff is available to travel to member organizations to provide staff training on a wide array of issues, including: communication, harassment, core values, or other areas identified by individual organizations.
