Risk Management
Staff: Christina Wildrick, Director of the Risk Management Program The Risk Management Program (a part of the Peace Church Compliance Program) serves organizations that are either participants in the Peace Church Compliance Program or the Peace Church Risk Retention Group and are committed to a collaborative approach to risk management in all areas of their organizations. Organizations must appoint a Risk Management Liaison. The Director performs regular audits, tracks incidents and "near misses," trains staff, and advises in situations of possible litigation in order to reduce exposures, mitigate adverse events, and make your facility a safer place for residents, staff, and visitors. Cost: This is a cost-based program. The fee for this service in 2009 is $14,221. |
