Master of Science Degree Program or Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in
at a 50% tuition discount

Now, FSA members have access to deeply discounted tuition while they advance their careers in the only aging services advance degree programs in the greater Philadelphia area. 

  • The MS degree is a 36-credit program that includes opportunities for electives in public health and senior services. Certificates of Advanced Study are also available for those already holding advanced degrees.

  • Classes are held on the weekends: mostly Saturdays and Sundays; some Fridays.

  • The program is designed for the adult learner. Action learning and real world application of concepts helps to further develop your leadership capacity.

  • It consists of practical, capability-based and innovative coursework that prepares leaders for the evolving landscape of senior services, healthcare and nonprofit leadership.

  • The focus is generative and growth oriented. Participants will have a better understanding of their capabilities and how to leverage them, and will develop a mindset toward reflective practice to continually develop and enhance performance. 

  • Some already completed FSA trainings may apply toward degree credits.

  • Approved employees of FSA member organizations will receive a 50% discount on tuition. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Fees are additional.
