Due to retirement, we are seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide strong employee-centric strategies, programs and initiatives to support our culture and values of community, stewardship, life-balance, excellence and appreciation of human resources.  You will lead our efforts in staff recruitment and retention, manage all aspects of compensation, payroll and benefits and oversee employee relations, performance management, leadership training and HR administration. You will develop, communicate and administer human resources policies and procedures throughout the community.

The successful candidate will possess the following background, experience and competencies:

  • 10 years’ experience as HR generalist and 5 years in HR management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Compensation program management; including position grading, review and industry analysis
  • Employee benefits administration
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Coaching and advising managers
  • Employee advocacy
  • Federal and NJ State HR regulations
