Candidates must have great communication skills, interest in working with older adults, excellent keyboarding skills, the aptitude to learn software programs and then maintain them, such as phone system, life safety and security programs. Primary systems include Microsoft Office Suite and software to include WorxHub, Avaya, Docuware that are specific to Foulkeways. Coordinate cable services for new resident users, changes and moves and review billing documents.

Demonstrated work experience in these areas is required, prefer 5+ years. Prefer Associate's Degree from two-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
