Board of Directors Additions and Appointments

The FSA Board of Directors is pleased to announce new appointments: 

Abby Loftus has served as CFO of Medford Leas, Medford, NJ, since 2015. Before joining Medford Leas, Abby was the CFO of a retirement community in Pennsylvania. Prior to her work in the senior living industry, Abby was a senior manager at a regional accounting firm. A graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and finance and is a licensed certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Nick Bradaschia has served as Information Technology Director at Foxdale Village Retirement Community, State College, PA, since 2011. Before his time there, Nick worked at Penn State University and Indiana University, where he earned Master’s Degrees in information science and library science. Nick holds a commercial pilot’s certificate and is working towards his flight instructor rating.  

Richard Lysle, CEO of Foxdale Village, State College, PA, has moved into the position of Board Chair. Rich has more than 40 years of experience in the long-term care and health services fields, and has served as Executive Director  at Kendal-Crosslands Communities in Kennett Square, PA. He holds a Bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University and is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in PA.

Craig Petry, CEO of Friends Village at Woodstown, has accepted the position of Vice Chair. Jean Raiguel, Director of Human Resources at Foulkeways, will assume the position of Secretary. Michael Griffin, CFO at Pennswood Village, remains Treasurer. 

FSA would like to express our appreciation to outgoing Board Chair Jeremy Vickers, CEO of Medford Leas, and outgoing Secretary Elise Lamarra, COO of Friends Life Care, for their service.
