Member Organizations

Established in 1991, Friends Services for the Aging (FSA) is an association of Quaker-affiliated organizations providing services to older adults.  The organizations that comprise Friends Services for the Aging are united by their Quaker governance and their continuing efforts to serve older adults on the basis of Friends belief in the dignity of all people.  Many of the Quaker programs for the aging provide housing or other basic services to older adults who live self-sufficiently. Others meet the needs of people who require sustained, skilled nursing or other professional care.  Most programs are residential; some provide services to the aging in their own homes or in community settings – including home health, adult day care, and hospice services in some areas.
