Conflict in the workplace is inevitable, but how you handle it can make all the difference.
This Learning Lab teaches participants how to navigate difficult conversations by reframing the definition of conflict and understanding that conflict, when managed effectively, leads to resolution and growth. You'll gain practical tools to help you know what to say in various challenging situations. We will also work on developing strategies for handling tough conversations and learn to reframe conflict and use it as an opportunity for positive change.

The event will take place on August 26 at the Hilton Columbus at Easton.

MDS Coordinators and Nursing Leadership play a critical role in completing and monitoring for MDS accuracy as well as ensuring a strong and consistent Interdisciplinary and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process is maintained. MDS accuracy is critical to proper care planning, payment, accurate quality measures, and related survey implications.
