Clinical Compliance Specialist
Kimberly joined the FSA Compliance team in September 2021. Her experience includes more than 25 years in the nursing profession, primarily in long-term care. She has worked not only as a director of clinical services and director of nursing, but also as an administrator of adult day care and clinical director of hospice.
Kim expresses a devotion to individually focused care and self-determined quality of life in the provision of services. She enjoys interacting with all members of the team and is a creative thinker.
She received dual bachelor’s degrees in Health Policy and Management and Nursing from Providence College and Villanova University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
