These documents are designed assist with work flow processes in PEER; it contains the policy template for reporting events in PEER, establishing an effective work flow process after a file has been submitted, including appropriate sign offs, and guidelines that can be customized for staff who are involved in work flow process explaining how to investigate depending on the type of event, severity of the event and who the affected person is.
