Mindfulness can be used to improve all aspects of one’s life including at work, family time and leisure time. In this session, we will apply techniques to de-stress and help you to connect to your values. 

Program Objectives:

  • Identify what mindfulness is and the difference between formal and informal mindfulness;
  • Discuss how mindfulness can help; and
  • Practice informal mindfulness exercises as part of their daily activities.
