Board & Organizational Development

Tools and Strategies to Meet Your Goals

Maintaining a strong infrastructure is essential to your organization’s vitality. Your organization is built on people and systems that change and evolve on a daily basis. Much like a car, your board and organization require ongoing attention. Regular tune-ups keep everything running smoothly.

FSA members have access to a library of Ready-to-Use tools and templates to help make the job of board and organizational development easier. Use tools like the Board Meeting Communication Template to send a quick memo to your board, or the Questions for Potential Board Members tool to guide an interview.

For help with your organization’s specific needs, call on our team to deliver a thoughtful perspective and customized plan. We listen to the needs of your board, executives and staff, then partner with your team to develop programming designed specifically for you. From there, we can facilitate or serve as a sounding board as you move through the process.
