Guide to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging within Aging Services Organizations
Many aging services organizations have expressed that it can feel challenging to know where to begin when it comes to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Initiatives. Other organizations have begun efforts, but are unsure about how to gain or keep momentum.
FSA has created the Guide to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a container for inspiration and reflection to help you begin to make the change needed in your organization. As always, FSA aims to serve as a resource for you and will update this guide with our latest learnings. Let us know which items you find to be most useful, and keep us posted as to what is working in your organization.
As you use this guide, here are a few things to keep in mind.
