Understanding that adverse incidents will likely occur when executive management is not at the facility, all team members must be familiar with Emergency Preparedness compliance requirements as they will equate to proper response and effective incident management during times of crisis and disaster.

This session will discuss the top environmental issues that LTC and senior living providers face today to promote good infection control practices along with the challenges of providing a safe and healthy environment of care.
