Compliance & Ethics Program Services

PCCP provides a full spectrum of compliance and ethics program services to faith-based nonprofit organizations across the country. We partner with participants to ensure compliance with the Office of Inspector General, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements; as well as operations and risk management issues.

In addition, we help develop and implement procedures and provide compliance solutions. Our goal is to help organizations create a positive approach to compliance by identifying issues and addressing concerns before they become compliance problems.

Working with management, board members and outside counsel as needed, we assist organizations in complying with regulatory requirements; responding to issues of non-compliance; and helping to improve the processes and programs around compliance, governance and risk.
