Diversity and Inclusion Training | Customized to your organization's unique needs

Facilitation Services |  Facilitating Virtual Community Discussions on Race
A facilitated gathering during which staff or residents reflect about the topics of race, diversity and inclusion. Currently held virtually, a Community Gathering is a safe space for meaningful dialogue about race in America through the lens of our values. We can also design and facilitate customized experiences based on your current needs and desired outcomes.

When Cultures Meet | Virtual Workshop
A two-hour virtual workshop designed to reflect on the nature of cultural dynamics in organizations. This is an upbeat, fast-paced way of getting into sensitive topics affecting every organization. A non-punitive program, WCM doesn't assume that anyone is right or wrong. Rather, this workshop demonstrates that there are certain predictable dynamics that are set in motion by cultural difference and gives participants a greater appreciation for cultural difference with insight into the ways in which differences add to organizational effectiveness. This workshop is also available as a 3-5 hour in-person workshop.

FSA is currently working with outside partners to develop ongoing Diversity and Inclusion educational opportunities. Please visit our Upcoming Trainings page for an updated list.

Diversity Peer Group

This ongoing group, which consists of staff and residents from FSA member organizations, meets to discuss and share best practices on topics related to diversity and inclusion. Join us for our June 25 virtual meeting.
