Then join the FSA Compliance program, a nationally recognized program providing compliance services and resources to aging service organizations. We are currently hiring for the position of Compliance Operations Specialist. 

What would you do?
A Compliance Operations Specialist provides consultative services to a wide range of post-acute health services in multiple states. The Specialist will assist with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements associated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of inspector General (OIG), Office of Civil Rights (OCR), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state regulatory authorities.

Daily travel is required and overnight travel is frequent.

What do you need?

  • A passion for aging services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Nursing Home Administrator License.
  • Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation.
  • Knowledge and experience in LCP/CCRC or post acute care operations/administration.
  • Experience as an NHA, Executive Director, or Compliance Officer preferred. Minimum of 5 years.

Friends Services Alliance (FSA) is a nonprofit organization that provides support to values-aligned organizations for older adults. FSA administers a collaborative program of compliance services called the Friends Services Alliance Compliance Program.

The program is committed to ethical conduct that enhances the quality of service and care to residents/clients of participating organizations and protects their reputation and assets through the implementation and support of compliance and privacy programs as set forth by the Office of Inspector General, the Office of Civil Rights and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
