Then join the FSA Compliance program, a nationally recognized program providing compliance services and resources to aging service organizations. We are currently hiring for the position of Compliance Operations Specialist.
What would you do?
A Compliance Operations Specialist provides consultative services to a wide range of post-acute health services in multiple states. The Specialist will assist with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements associated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of inspector General (OIG), Office of Civil Rights (OCR), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state regulatory authorities.
Daily travel is required and overnight travel is frequent.
What do you need?
- A passion for aging services.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation.
- Knowledge and experience in LCP/CCRC or post acute care operations/administration.
- Experience as an NHA, Executive Director, or Compliance Officer preferred. Minimum of 5 years.
