Have you ever felt undeserving of your success? Do you wonder why that is? It could be Imposter Syndrome. Imposter Syndrome is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a fraud. Often, those with imposter syndrome remain convinced that they do not deserve all they have achieved.
In this new Learning Lab, we will focus on shedding self-doubt and building confidence. We will find ways to recognize patterns, identify self-doubt in ourselves and others, and develop strategies to shed those negative thoughts. We will also attempt to dig into each of our strengths to prove that we are, in fact, not imposters at all!
