This Learning Lab aims to equip staff members transitioning to a supervisor role with essential skills and insights to effectively lead and manage teams.

Designed for those stepping into supervisory roles, this interactive session will help you begin to examine the skills and insights needed to navigate the exciting transition with confidence.  

Participants will be encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts throughout the training.
