Learn how to structure your performance reviews to improve on the positive. Participants will:
- Explore ways to increase the energy in performance reviews by looking at what is working well for an employee instead of what needs to be fixed.
- Turn the dreaded performance review into an ongoing conversation that takes place more than once a year in the form of feedback sessions.
- Discuss what type of feedback works best and learn new methods to try.
