The Diversity Peer Group will be held on October 29, 2025, at Broadmead. The Diversity Peer Group is a great way for employees, residents, and clients to share ideas and resources and network with others who are focused on diversity and inclusion within their organizations.

The Admissions Marketing Peer Group will be held virtually on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Peer Groups are an excellent way for both new employees and long-time professionals to share ideas and resources and network with other senior-care-focused Admissions Marketing staff.

The Strength-Based Leadership Learning Lab was designed to help leaders focus on their strengths and the strengths of their teams, fostering a more engaged, productive, and positive work environment.

By the end of the training, participants will:

Explore your use of time and how it impacts work/life balance. 

Together, we will identify the things that may prevent us from using time efficiently, employ techniques for tackling procrastination, learn tactics for prioritizing and maximizing time, and more. We will shine a light on how to manage the stressors that affect you and identify the causes of stress both in and out of the workplace. Then, we will discuss management strategies and create an ongoing stress management plan.

Join us at The Gathering, a conference of faith-based human services associations. Going beyond the confines of our usual annual conferences, The Gathering brings together human service leaders from five faith traditions: Mennonite, Methodist, Presbyterian, Quaker, and United Church of Christ.

The Gathering will include time for each association to meet on its own, and other opportunities for the five to join together in celebration and discussion. The meeting will consist of plenty of time for learning, listening, reflecting, and forming new ways to work together in ministry.
