Acceptance into the program indicates commitment to the session schedule. Should you be accepted and a situation arise that prevents attendance, cancellations must be submitted to Marsha Coleman by May 26, 2023. After this date, an organization is permitted to nominate another employee to take the place of an accepted applicant. However, due to the fees associated with accommodations, space rental, meals and materials, cancellations after May 26, 2023 and no-shows will be billed the full cost of the workshop.
