We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist II to join our team. This person should be able to work with WorxHub work orders and respond with a sense of urgency to technical support issue that are related to end user computers, printers, scanners and internet connectivity issues.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical support on software applications for all end users and be able to facilitate and resolve issues such as antivirus, operating systems and company access accessibility.

We are seeking someone that is able to work well with the elderly population and who is able to clearly articulate information to our residents and staff.  Maintaining communication, and keeping our residents and staff informed of incident progress and impending changes or outages is critical.

This is a Full-time position and the hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm. 

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or technology related certification
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking technologies, Windows 7/10 Operating Systems and printing technology
  • A+ certification is highly preferred
  • Network + certifications is highly preferred
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Must be able to pass a drug test, physical and background check
  • Flu Shot and annual PPD (tuberculosis test)
