Foulkeways at Gwynedd, a non-profit Quaker continuing care retirement community, is looking for a Payroll and Human Resources Administrative Assistant responsible for compiling and processing information for bi-weekly payroll, includes preparation and distribution of checks; maintains payroll records and personnel records. Conducts appropriate background checks for new employees, preparing files and records in accordance with regulations. Supports Human Resources functions for 350 employees. 

Seeking individual interested in working within the senior long-term care industry and being part of a dynamic administrative team. Requires excellent computer skills including Excel and payroll systems; 5 years of payroll preparation experience.
