Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmark Model

The Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmark Model is a comprehensive approach to changing an organization's system as a whole. It gives you a beginning look at industry best practices, and will help you identify steps your organization should take using benchmarks, which include internal and external, foundational and bridging factors. 

The creators of this document are Nene Molefi, Julie O'Mara and Alan Richter. The Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks website is currently being rebuilt; we will add a link to it upon its completion.
