MDS Coordinators and Nursing Leadership play a critical role in completing and monitoring MDS accuracy and ensuring a strong and consistent interdisciplinary and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process is maintained. MDS accuracy is critical to proper care planning, payment, accurate quality measures, and related survey implications.
