  • What are some of the benefits of having a board job description?
    All parties will have an understanding of what is expected of the board. A job description helps the board stay focused on their unique role, and measure if they are being effective and meeting goals that have been set. 
     
  • What are the three main “buckets” that describe a board’s responsibilities?  
    Oversight, insight and foresight.
