Tracy Malloy joined our team as a Compliance Specialist in May of 2018. Tracy is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with more than 25 years of experience in long term care. Tracy has held a variety of clinical and operational positions. She most recently held the position of Vice President of Nutrition and Dining Services where she oversaw the dining program of 100 long-term care and assisted living facilities.
Tracy a graduate of the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her internship at the Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) as well as Dietitian in Healthcare Communities (DHCC). Her areas of expertise include geriatric nutrition and food service operations and is a certified instructor and proctor for ServSafe food safety program.
Tracy is a member the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and is certified in healthcare compliance (CHC).
