As we transition into our second year of this new Medicare Part A reimbursement system, we have learned a lot. Join us to discuss the successes and pitfalls of PDPM. We will discuss the Medicare Part A revenue cycle process and other key items impacting your Medicare reimbursement.

This tool is being rolled out in mid-July as part of the Imagining (Strategic Planning and Foresight) section of a new LeadingAge project providing resources and tools to support the important work of member organizations’ governing boards. This framework moves beyond strictly clinical indicators to reflect the Institute of Medicine’s six aims for health care quality as well as an individual’s quality of life.
