Conflict in the workplace is inevitable, but how you handle it can make all the difference.
This Learning Lab teaches participants how to navigate difficult conversations by reframing the definition of conflict and understanding that conflict, when managed effectively, leads to resolution and growth. You'll gain practical tools to help you know what to say in various challenging situations. We will also work on developing strategies for handling tough conversations and learn to reframe conflict and use it as an opportunity for positive change.

Learn tools to prepare for your own performance review, ensuring that formal reviews become a tool for growth rather than a source of stress. Then, learn to understand the importance of making reviews transparent, where there are no surprises, and how to tailor feedback for maximum impact.
