He is now on a new journey as founder of True Bearing, which helps purpose-centered companies deploy Engagement Based Recruiting.  True Bearing leverages powerful narrative themes that emerge from Purpose and Values to attract dynamic pipelines of rockstar employees enlivened by the company’s purpose and values.

With more job openings than available, skilled employees, it’s no wonder that many employers are struggling to hire and retain employees.  People are changing careers and leaving jobs for a better work environment, better compensation, better benefits, and a better work-life balance. Employers must re-evaluate and change the way they do business, and what they offer in order to compete for talent.
